IGB commitment to quality comes as “second nature”. Striving to create and maintain a respected name in a very competitive market makes quality a top issue at IGB.
IGB already in the process of getting certified as an ISO 9001:2000 compliant company, a decision made on day one of establishing IGB.
IGB adopts a process oriented way of work that is both: inline with ISO 9001:2000 and provides a high level of transparency.

As can be concluded from the figure above the quality management system embraced by IGB is customer centred. The whole company functions as one entity dedicated to providing excellent services to all IGB’s clients.
For each project/assignment given to IGB a quality plan will be created to ensure that all quality requirements are all fulfilled for each task throughout the lifecycle of the project.
